- 1/2 cup mango juice
- 2 cup sparkling water
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 6 strawberries fresh
- 2 lemons fresh
Roll the lemons on the counter with firm pressure, then cut and squeeze them into a pitcher.
Pour in the mango juice, sparkling water, and agave syrup, then stir until fully combined.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator until the lemonade is thoroughly chilled.
Rinse the strawberries, dry them well, and slice them into thin rounds.
Fill each glass with ice and add the sliced strawberries.
Pour the chilled lemonade over the ice and strawberries until each glass is full.
Stir each glass gently before serving.
Troubleshooting: If the lemonade is too tart, add more sweetener gradually. If it's too sweet, balance it with more fresh lemon juice or extra sparkling water.
Make-Ahead Tip: To prepare in advance, mix the lemon juice, mango juice, and agave. Store this base in the fridge and add sparkling water right before serving to preserve the fizz.
Fresh is Best: Use fresh lemon juice for a cleaner, brighter taste. Bottled juice can taste dull or harsh and is not recommended for this recipe.
