Snickers Salad is the potluck legend—a creamy, crunchy, sweet-tart mashup of apples, Snickers bars, and whipped vanilla cream. It’s like a caramel sundae disguised as a fruit salad, gone in minutes every time.

Instructions
Chill a large mixing bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes. Cold bowls help the creamy base set better.
In the chilled bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 1–2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Fold in vanilla yogurt or whipped topping until fluffy and uniform. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Core and chop apples into 1/2-inch chunks. Toss with lemon juice if making ahead to prevent browning.
Chop Snickers bars into bite-size pieces. Chill them first for cleaner cuts.
Gently fold apples, Snickers, and marshmallows into the creamy base until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Right before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with peanuts or extra Snickers pieces.
Notes
Snickers Salad tastes best chilled and freshly mixed. To prep ahead, make the creamy base a day early and add apples and Snickers a few hours before serving. Always garnish right before serving for maximum crunch.
