  • 50 ml London Dry Gin
  • 15 ml Fino Sherry
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed Lemon juice

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 Grapefruit zest twist

Instructions

Chill and Set Up

  • Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice and cold water.
  • Prepare a wide strip of grapefruit zest, ensuring minimal white pith is included.

Build the Shaker

Shake, Strain, Perfume

  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the tin is extremely cold.

  • Express the grapefruit oils over the drink and drop the twist into the glass.

Notes

Pro Tip: Use a 57% ABV Navy Strength Gin for a more aromatic and botanical-forward result.
Storage Tip: Keep Fino sherry tightly corked in the refrigerator and use within a few days of opening to maintain its crisp, nutty flavor.
