Equipment

  • large bowl
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 1.4 oz box sugar free pudding
  • 1/2 scoop whey protein (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 dash vanilla extract

Instructions

Build the Dry Base

  • In a large bowl, add the sugar-free pudding mix and whey protein. Whisk them together thoroughly to combine and break up any clumps before adding liquid.

Whisk Until Smooth and Thick

  • Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Whisk briskly and continuously for about 2 minutes. The mixture will transform from thin and milky to a soft, creamy, and noticeably thicker pudding.

Finish and Chill

  • You can serve the pudding immediately for a soft-set consistency. For a classic, firmer pudding, spoon it into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pro Tip: For an exceptionally smooth texture, you can use a high-speed blender instead of a whisk to combine all the ingredients.
Variation: For a richer, more decadent finish, melt 1-2 tablespoons of sugar-free dark chocolate and whisk it into the pudding along with the milk.
Storage: Store the pudding in an airtight container or individual covered cups in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The texture will become firmer as it chills.
