Equipment

  • Tall highball glass
  • Long bar spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Torani Sugar Free Blue Raspberry Syrup
  • 8 oz sugar-free energy drink of choice
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 handful Fresh raspberries
  • 1 slice Lime
  • 1 sprig Fresh mint

Instructions

Build the icy base

  • Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice to ensure the drink remains perfectly chilled.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of blue raspberry syrup and 1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir well until the syrup is evenly distributed over the ice.

Add the fizz without losing bubbles

  • Slowly pour 8 ounces of your chosen sugar-free energy drink down the side of the glass to maintain the carbonation.

Finish like a coffee shop drink

  • Gently add the handful of fresh raspberries into the glass.
  • Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint for a professional presentation.

Notes

Pro Tip: Use a clear, citrus-forward energy drink base to keep the blue color vibrant and appealing.
Storage: This drink is best consumed immediately while carbonated, but you can pre-mix the syrup and citrus in a jar for easy preparation later.
